We recently completed a kitchen remodel in our home in the Lea Manor subdivision of Kansas City. It is always very hard to find a contractor that you can trust, let alone one that is dependable, honest and trustworthy with both a great work ethic as well as the quality of craftsmanship included in their work. We found all of the above with David Cotter and his entire team at Prime Home. It is very rare these days, but David said what he was going to do and did exactly that. He was timely with all responses and unless there was a delay in scheduling because of a stall with either parts, or materials, he was always there to get the job done. Even with a couple of delays we were still within the date agreed to for completion. High quality work and service.

We recently (during quarantine) hired David and his crew to tear down walls, remodel our kitchen and the adjoining 3 rooms.
We could not be happier with the results! David is a perfectionist with insight and ability to visualize what could be done. Importantly, he listens to what the customer wants.
His crew and sub contractors are top notch! It was obvious they all enjoy what they are doing and they were very careful about cleaning up before leaving each day. They were efficient and finished in the projected 8 week time frame.

I worked with Prime Home on a bathroom addition and cannot recommend them enough. David and his team were professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole process. Prime Home was patient with me and took the time to thoughtfully advise on any questions I had. They stuck to their schedule and there were never any surprise visits. What's even more, I ran into a number of issues with things outside of Prime Home's control, but they were always quick to go above-and-beyond by jumping-in and helping problem solve. I have no plans to work with anyone else in the future.
